History and development of

- 1983
- Established Social Welfare corporation “Sapporo Eiju-kai”
- 1984
- Opened Special elderly nursing Home “Koei no Sato”
Established a rare urban special elderly nursing home for those days in Toyohira-ku Sapporo
- 1989
- By Social Welfare corporation “Sapporo Eiju-kai”, established “Nihon Fukushi Gakuin” (Students quotas 100)
We started the training of people who acquired technical knowledge and a practical technique of health care.
- 1990
- Changed the name to Carrier College Nihon Fukushi Gakuin.
- 1993
- Established incorporated School Tsushima Memorial School. (Existing incorporated School Japan Health Care College)
Coped with the training people who are needed of the specialist of health care and welfare in aged society.
- 1995
- Opened Andersen Welfare Village
Accumulated elderly people facilities and an educational facility as a place of the practice of the normalization that we learned in Denmark - Changed the name from “Eiju kai” to “the NOTE Social Welfare corporation”
- Established Long-Tem Health care facility “Genki no deru sato” quotas 100
- Opened Carrier College Nihon Fukushi Rehabilitation Gakuin
(Student quotas: 40 of Physiotherapy course, 40 of Occupational therapy course)
Training the people who become specialist of rehabilitation for elderly people with disability.

- Opened Carrier College Nihon Fukushi Kango Gakuin (Students quotas 50)
Training the people who are specialist of nursing as the core of Long-Term elderly care.

Started as a nursing home for elderly people which they can live and relax like their home.

Changed the name and combine Kango and Shinryo Hoshasen course.

- Opened a satellite of Special elderly nursing home “Koei no Sato” Tsukisappu no Oka.
- Opened Minato-ku Tokyo, Kitaaoyama elderly home care service center (quotas 45)
- 2012
- Established the Employment Support Offices for the Disabled “Nakama” Toyohira (quotas 20)
Started the support business for people with a disability.
- 2013
- Established Special elderly nursing Home “Toyohira no Sato”
The third facility of the NOTE Social welfare corporation. - Opened Multicomplex “NOTE local Care center Fukazawa” in Setagaya-ku Tokyo.
The first facility of The NOTE Social Welfare corporation in Tokyo - incorporated school Japan Health care college (Changed the corporation name)
Changed the corporation name by approved the establishment from Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology - Established Tsushima Farm
Established an agricultural production corporation for the purpose of the offer of the reliable safe vegetables to the group corporation

Opened the second department of Japan Health care college in Megumino, Eniwa. - NOTE Social Welfare corporation has been designated manager of Special elderly nursing home in Otobe “Otobe so”.
NOTE Social Welfare corporation was given “Otobe so” and other five Day service center in trust.

- Established General Incorporated Association Japan-Asia Long-Term Care Business Council
Established for the purpose of contribution of Asia welfare. - Holding the department of Health medical care, Medical Radiology course (student quotas 50)
Opened the third course of Japan Health Care College in Shinei campus in the Andersen Welfare Village. - Group Home and Multifunctional long-term care in a small group home "Gokigen" Higashi onota (Sendai, Miyagi)
The first office of NOTE Social Welfare in Tohoku region - Changed the name from Nonprofit Organization NOTE Self-help Support Center to Nonprofit Organization Senior Active
- Approved the plan to run the Special elderly nursing home
Will start operation the Special elderly nursing home which holds 80 beds of Dey life Long-Term care and 20 beds of Short-Term Admission for Daily Life Long-Term Care in Kikusui motomachi, Shiroishi area Sapporo.
